Prayer for Country & World

Amen these prayers!

Last week about 30 people in the church I meet with in Turlock, CA came together around the flag pole on its campus to pray for our country, state, and local government leaders, following the apostles exhortation to do that so that God’s people can live godly lives in peace and because our Savior God desires all men to be saved and come to the full knowledge of the truth. We prayed in spite of external circumstances and ended with a song of praise. I was grateful to have that privilege.

I suspect this sort of thing is happening around the world, but it won’t often make the papers, and that’s OK.
