Unfortunately, LSM makes it difficult to post a link that goes directly to a particular book or portion of a book.
What you need to do is to go to: https://www.ministrybooks.org/ Then go to "Books by Title A-Z" Then navigate to the letter "C", and under C you will find the book: "Character of the Lord's Worker, The" - Click on this link to take you to the table of content for this book. -
