That was the good ole' days for the LSM. They had the only printing press in town, and could publish what they wanted and destroy the rest. The very contents of reality itself were what they said it was, no more or less. Shades of "1984".

One brother on this forum wrote an interesting article on their "sanitizing" Lee, and taking out the unpleasant parts.
