One New Man And Not Show Your Person
During the fellowship (through Line ) with LCers, this period we are talking about the One New Man (the goal of Lord's recovery is to gain One New Man). One sister said that we have to take Christ as our person. Only Christ must be expressed and we shouldn't express our preference like we want to become this kind of careers but just to be Christ as our person. And when we say Amen to brother and sister, we just say Amen and shouldn't be followed by the name of brother and sister we want to address. I know that she has intention to address to me because I like to show my favorite career on my social media and like to say Amen following by the name of brother and sister so and so. I am not sure what does it mean the One New Man and take Christ as our person without showing our own identity ?

So what do they mean by the 'one new man?'

Have you read the letter to the Ephesians? How does scripture align with her thoughts or comments on the one new man?

Did you ask her what she's talking about? Anyone who uses such terminology should be clear about what they mean, and, in this case, should be able to speak clearly enough that you can understand what they're talking about. We can speculate on these two Witness Lee teachings, but I suggest instead that you put her on the spot. Nell |

One New Man And Not Show Your Person
One new man has itself continuation in Colossians 3:10-11. In these verses, it's talking about Christ is all in all, that is only Christ can be expressed in the Church life and the meaning of new man is not mere individual transformation in each spiritual life but collective life. It seems that every one in the Church (under the direction of LSM) must be conformed to the same standard according to what Lee want, I guess.

So you’re saying that both letters speak to collective life (meaning being conformed to the same standard according to the “church” and that only Christ can be expressed in the “church life” meaning LSM churches? I’m not sure I’m following.
Did you read both of these letters in their entirety and that is what you believe to be the message?

Yeah, until now I feel that LSM and Lee's teaching are not biblical.
