Yes, according to Witness Lee the purpose for the book of James in the Bible is to show us the possibility that a godly man may lack a clear, heavenly view of God's New Testament economy. This is how a deceitful person can reconcile his claim that "all scripture is God breathed". Witness Lee's attitude toward the book of James is what first alerted me to the fact that this book, more than any other, exposes his deceit. |
