Re: What's the reasons to continue to meet with the LC?
I agree with what others already said, and let's see if I can add anything . . .

Well, all denominations are divisions, as is the LC, though none of those groups would likely admit they're a division! Then there's the Roman Church monster-system that really thinks she is the one, true church, but is actually . . . .
The true ground of the church?
This tiny group of Christian see the vision or true teaching of one city one church. How come few millions of Christian didn't see this point and agreed on this? Maybe one city one church is just watchman nee's opinion or idea or missed interpretation?
The Lord does usually do things in a smaller way - with a remnant. But this, in and of itself, doesn't make the LC right! The ironic so-called "ground of oneness," while having an apparent logic, has just become another divisive doctrine, in which the prideful flesh revels in and deceives those who advocate it. (Elitism never made anyone one with another, and is just puffed-up knowledge.)
God's deputy authority?
If you deviated from wn or wl means you missed Darby all the way back to Luther, you're out from God economy. Who decide one central line of Lord work? Clearly there are many preacher or teacher today have the lights, why must I follow your congregation? Can't we be more neutral in this matter?
This is actually amusing - like the disciples arguing who would be greater! It's really pretty childish, and again the root is pride. Men boasting in what they think they have, and trying to get others to acknowledge it.

Ya know, what comes to me now as one of the best things to come out of TLR was the way of meeting. The meetings (back in the day - 1960s & 70s) were very open and living, giving everyone the opportunity to function and testify of Christ operating in their lives! Now, much of that has been lost. There is a form of the open meeting format still, but the agenda is really preset in stone (at least what I've been exposed to and heard about). Think I'll start another thread about that.
