Default Twenty-five Years in the New Way

http://www.hidinghistoryinthelordsre...ntheNewWay.pdf

In October 1984, brother Witness Lee introduced the New Way to the local churches in the Lord’s recovery; by 1986, Living Stream Ministry was in high gear to establish, effectively speaking, “ministry churches” under Witness Lee and his leadership, and also that of his son, Philip Lee, the office manager at LSM. This tandem leadership relationship between W. Lee and P. Lee was a major aspect and integral part of what W. Lee referred to as “the Lord’s new move”. To be sure, in order to be one with Witness Lee for this “new move”, it was imperative for leaders to be one with the “the office”, that is, with Philip Lee. This became "the oneness” of the New Way – oneness with a Man, a Ministry, and a ministry office. It also became the driving wedge of division in the local churches since the New Way began.

Twenty-five Years in the New Way

It was in the heart of Brother Lee that responsible ones would have a conscientious review of our past in order to learn from it and understand that in the past we have been wrong, including himself. Of course, we all should have this desire also; that is, we ought to have the heart to examine ourselves, and consider honestly and faithfully where we have been wrong.

The eyes of the brothers and sisters all need to be opened. Too many things we need to learn. We have acted wrongly in the past, including me, I have to admit. I have had very painful repentance before the Lord. I am very sorry! - W. Lee

With a view toward reconciliation in the Body of Christ, please consider this fellowship,

Towle address failed, but perhaps Dick will communicate with him. All the brothers addressed were in the cauldron together in the late eighties. Dick and Dan shared similar concerns with John Ingalls and Ken Unger for a period of time. In Dan's case he felt John and Ken had gone too far with their concerns.

Dick did not testify against them in The Fermentation of the Present Rebellion.
