If it weren't clearly stated what the former affiliation of the writer was, it might have been possible to think it was a joint effort of Steve, Jane, Don, John I and several others. There was an uncanny similarity, all the way down to the "official" method of gospel outreach to the LC. I have to believe that those "seven other more or less well known national and international movements that continue to practice a similar style of discipleship" includes the Local Churches, or at least the LSM faction. I could see Lee, his hermeneutics, his leadership style and practices, and those of the BBs and their underlings throughout.
