Cancel Culture
It's now a new term to hear "cancel culture". In the Local Churches, we had our own version of cancel culture beginning maybe in the late 80's if not earlier.
First version of the Recovery New Testament version was attributed to the work of Bill Duane, Albert Knoch, and John Ingalls. A few years later cancel culture of the LC variety came in and with a 2nd edition, they were edited out. Same was applied to versions of other ministry publications. Prefaces that may have contained a word from John Ingalls, following reprints replaced John's name with Benson or someone of his ilk that was still obedient to the movement. That's the cancel culture. Revision of history.
