Praise the Lord, saints! Just wanted to make you aware of this writing.

It reveals the parallel history of the eras of brothers Nee and Lee and the mindsets that were formed. A lot of questions can be answered for seeking ones by reading the parallel history of these two brothers.

I was riveted in reading through the 11 pages last night, as it reveals much about Nee during the resumption of his ministry, and what transferred over from his "resumed ministry" to Lee's in his era.

I like this writing because of the ones who do the talking. And I am sharing their revelatory speaking on very important points they have made.

I'm still wondering why both of them finally deviated from the original vision they had advocated so much. Seems like the (new) vision has caused "de-vision."

I could see one more time on more examples how much they were deceived in the begining in their vision of the Body ( however there is no such a thing mentioned but In Ephesians). They simply created structure of organisation from the beginning! Many of their ideas were not scriptural at all!
What a mess! I said somwhere here that nothing will shock me about them. Bu now I am in shoch how early it started.
i can give You just one example of good functioning Body: when Paul saw hypocrisy of Peter he did not hestiste to condemn his behavior in the presence of others apostles like Jacob, John. Paul saw false behavior and instantly reacted!
People want King let them chose King! If You reject indyvidual experience of one certain member of body, You can ignore pain and cancer staying behind this pain. Normal body connected to Christ is interestd not in work or ministry it self but what Head wants. How we can check what Head Jesus wants? By reading the Bible! Hi was never double tongue speaker.
I read there many sentences about ignoring members and establishing religious group under one man leadership!How different it is from picture of the body! As I said; even 99% of our body is healthy, can we ignore one small pain from one small member?
The principle of service in the church is that all the one-talented ones have to rise up. But
as soon as they rise up, the flesh rises up also. Hence, in order for the church to become
the church, all the one-talented ones have to rise up. However, in order to deal with the

flesh, there must also be the exercise of authority. Here the only solution is for man to
listen and obey. If you think that something is right, you should obey. If you think that
something is not right, you should nevertheless obey. Everyone should rise up, and
everyone should learn obedience.

And what was that for? Do not You see this deceitful thought? In other words: shut up and follow as blind!
Ok. Enough! i am sick of this! That is why I have to learn how to stop it and stay away from daeth coming from this. It is better to be focused on real people close to us. Brothers and sisters. Who cares now about death people!

Interesting reading - especially regarding the "Antioch Principle" and the "Jerusalem Principle"! I understand the desire to move away from ministry-based "churches" as Nee thought he was doing, at least early on. This is generally what is predominant in Christianity today. Each denomination/church is based upon this or that teaching or minister/personality. Of course, this is what happened to the LC as well - the ministry became the focus and centrality of the whole thing. And as we have experienced, the more man tries to control things, the more the Lord will take a backseat to it all! But this our human tendency - to want to control things, if even (apparently) for the Lord . . .

Therefore, the so-called "Jerusalem Principle" of things being based on the ministry, doesn't resonate with me much any more.

It's for this reason that I wonder if the Lord might largely move away from the denominational/ministry-based churches, and move more into home-based ekklesias, where no human has clear control.

Hi, Indiana!
I see this idea still existing in many minds. I would rather drop this idea if not seeing in Lord's teaching. Desiring testimony of Jesus on Earth? Where it comes from? The only visible sign and testimony is mutual love. And this is only result of personal fellowship with God.So there is no need to desire this testimony. Testimony is only result. Like lamp and oil. No lamp, no oil, no shining! The only thing we have to take care of is our lamps and portion of oil. I saw this hidden thought in many books of WL and WN. And this is not a matter og good or wrong. Of course, God want the rest of world to see our mutual love as unique testimony that only God can do this as Savior Jesus Christ. But... After so many years we can clearly see how it ended. I am ready to sey strong NO! to such a thoughts. It started exactly like that. Innocent good ideas seemed to be according Gods heart. But where we can see this certain idea? I can see rather more natural ways like: God makes growth, fruits on tree, abiding in Christ.
I hope You all we will learn how to pay attention to this small ideas.

I would like to add DEPUTY AUTHORITY and the GROUND OF ONENESS

The local churches have long been under the teaching of deputy authority, beginning in China with Watchman Nee. When I first heard the related terms, the oracle of God, the minister of the age, the acting God, the one wise-master -builder, the commander-in-chief - terms being applied to Witness Lee in the 1980s - I was in full agreement. I was in one accord with the brothers who were campaigning for the churches to line up with Witness Lee as a universal leader, as men were swept up in full abandon to him, and with strict resolve to follow him in the Lord's "new move". This "new move", however, unwittingly established a new ground for meeting.
