Many are the Plans in a Man's Heart - 2020 Goals

This time of year, many are reflecting on the previous year. For me my realization is this: My life amounts to nothing and all I touch becomes dust.

My prayer for 2020 is: Lord please give me a fresh revelation of Christ and make me a profitable servant.

Here are a few verses that help me in goal setting and planning:

"Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails!"

“For I know the plans that I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not for calamity, to give you a future and a hope.”

"Therefore this one thing I do, forgetting the things which are behind and stretching forward to the things which are before, I pursue toward the goal for the prize to which God in Christ Jesus has called me upward."

"So be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.And the peace of God which passes all understanding will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus."

"Looking away unto Jesus, the Author and Perfecter/Finisher of our faith!"
