Default Church in Toronto's Salvation Theology

I came across this sermon from the Church In Toronto given by Del Martin starting at the 21 minute mark:
https://www.youtube.com/live/FsM7s0w7J6o?t=1250s

The sermon begins by quoting 1 John 3:3-10
Quote:
And everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure. Everyone who makes a practice of sinning also practices lawlessness; sin is lawlessness. You know that he appeared in order to take away sins, and in him there is no sin. No one who abides in him keeps on sinning; no one who keeps on sinning has either seen him or known him. Little children, let no one deceive you. Whoever practices righteousness is righteous, as he is righteous. Whoever makes a practice of sinning is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil. No one born of God makes a practice of sinning, for God's seed abides in him; and he cannot keep on sinning, because he has been born of God. By this it is evident who are the children of God, and who are the children of the devil: whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is the one who does not love his brother.
It appears that Church in Toronto, led by Nigel Tomes and Del Martin have come to reject the thousand year outer darkness / purgatory doctrine that was taught by Witness Lee and Watchman Nee and have come to adhere to a soteriology similar to Provisionism which dichotomizes true and false Christians https://soteriology101.com/about-2/statement-of-faith/

This is of great encouragement to me as I've felt alone in taking this journey of rejecting the 1000 year outer darkness doctrine among my family members and friends who have left the LC. I'm curious if others have come to the same conclusion after reading the bible for themselves and studying other soteriologies.
