As husbands, we are called to love our wives as Christ loved the Church. Christ does not put us in subjegation, demanding obedience - and if you want to see what a husbands love is supposed to look like, read Song of Songs and see how greatly He values her.

How many have had this experience, brother or sister? The husband cherishing his wife in love does not consider any matter or issue too small to dismiss.
If brothers value their wives as Christ and the Church, how much sensitivity exists towards their wife? To her feelings, her concerns, her issues, her needs, etc.
We as believers have a God who is always available to listen when we open to Him. Yet we as husbands don't always have an ear to hear nor an intuition to recognize the obvious.
