Xenophobia (Grk.
fear of strangers) is so ironic for a group of Christians which pride themselves in hospitality (Grk.
love of strangers.)
Their "regression" is due to exclusivism. Biblical "oneness" is so positive, based on the love of God. Exclusive "oneness" is so negative, based on unity of judgement.
LC "oneness" boils down to "
do you condemn everything we do?" The same was true for Darby Brethrenism -- "
we will accept you as long as you agree to condemn George Muller." Today LSM "oneness" requires that you to condemn TC like they do. Isn't that a "oneness" based on fear?
