I think it's a stretch to bring MOTAs into this. But you're right, Paul never says he is greater and in fact, says he is least. However, if you look at Paul's statement (which the HS records in his writings), who else makes a statement like he did: "was caught up into Paradise and heard inexpressible words, which a man is not permitted to speak"? Pretty lofty stuff, to say the least!
