Enjoyed reading your thoughts. I can only imagine what it is like to grow up in "the church life", I didn't join until I was in my mid-twenties. How long ago did you write this? Do you consider yourself a Christian now? The bit you wrote at the end about running your race is a little ambiguous, just curious.
