Obviously this was simply a personal preference. He was there with the architects. He saw the drawings of the plans. He could follow the layout in the drawings from the time he drove up in a car, parked the car, went into his apartment, saw the kitchen, saw the bedroom, saw the bathroom, saw the meeting facilities, etc. This was not his first rodeo. He had been building meeting halls his whole life. He understood floor plans on drawings.

I remember volunteering to work on houses in Anaheim for a couple days after a training. Brothers everywhere. They assigned me to help install a wood floor. Ray Graver, whom I never met before, walks in, never said hello or good morning, and literally barks, "get the floors down brothers." Later I overheard this house was for WL. Ruh-roh!

After all the workers went to Ball road for dinner, I decided to look around. That's what I do, I grew up in construction. Apparently I walked upstairs with Anaheim sand on my shoes. Not on purpose, I thought they were clean. The next morning there was an uproar, "someone tracked dirt upstairs." RG was agitated pacing the floor, "Cover those steps going upstairs. Who did this?"

I kept working. I said nothing. Nobody asked me a thing, and even if they did ...
What a jerk. But at least he showed his true colors. Not one I would ever seek counseling from
