Spiritual growth in the members is severely stunted in TLC because they are not actually exercised in the word - rather they are feeding
constantly on the regurgitation of these two men. In this respect they are at least no better than ones in denominations or other places, who suppress the real and active functioning and participation of the members. At the worst, they are totally myopic to the riches the rest of the body of Christ is producing.
And while other groups may not be getting the best because of a poor focus on Christ's indwelling (i.e., trying to practice the New Covenant according to the working of the outward law), LCers are just getting a focus on men (Nee and Lee).
