It's hard to know exactly where to go after leaving groups like the Lord's Recovery. It's easy to say, "just seek God's leading" but it's true. We need to press into the Lord and seek His will for us.
Indeed! It can be very confusing!!

Quote:
Maybe he wants us to fellowship with another group of believers or perhaps He jealously wants to fellowship with us individually or as an immediate family for a time to heal our wounds and prepare us for what's ahead. I can't speak for someone else but He can. "My sheep hear my voice".
Even though it took 10-15 yrs for me to give my life back to the Lord completely, when I began reading the bible again, if there was something I did not understand, I would retrieve Lee's bible and search the footnotes. I don't have his bible anymore and to God be the Glory for His Holy Spirit and some Godly anointed teachers He has raised to help me get closer to Him.

Another thing is I desperately wanted to get connected to a group of believers and have fellowship similar to what we had in the LC. "Breaking bread from house to house", fellowshipping, encouraging one another.. Aww.. the utopia church life. The utopia life will happen when we get to the other side, be it the Holy City New Jerusalem or an area in heaven..

Thanks for your insights JO S
