Drake, you were saved in the Father's love by the Lord Jesus into the body of Christ to drink of one Spirit through a faithful member who prayed and shared the Gospel with you. We all were. (I Cor 12)
It is a shame that you would condemn that place as "poor, poor, Christianity," and then think somehow you have left the body of Christ for a better place.
