For sure we can assume all the speakers at the bi-annual trainings are part of the "Blended Brothers", which may include Minoru Chen, Andrew Yu, Benson Phillips, David Lee (no relation to Witness?). There are a number of others. Maybe some others could fill in the blanks.

Phillip Lee past away several years ago. I'm not aware of the status or location of Timothy Lee.
