Special circumstances... Here’s what you do: if some saints cannot afford it then bring it up to the elders. They will make the arrangements and permissions so that anyone that wants a copy but cannot afford it will get a copy.... that copy may be a xerox copy. It’s up to the elders. Follow them. They are your shepherds.
Now, if you are lawless then you can go make as many copies as you like.Just be sure to make those copies in the dark with no one there, preferably after hours, wear a wig, shades, you understand. It needs to be a covert operation. I wouldn’t want you to get tackled and cuffed by brothers patrolling for people who go around making xerox copies of HWMR.
