I think that it is important to preach the gospel to believers as well. Denominations are filled with unbelievers who need to hear the gospel. Just as the disciples and Christ preached in the religious centres of the day. I think many pastors will make the gospel message part of their sermon as well. A number of great revivalists of old made it their ministry to preach to the 'saved' in churches.
The idea of sheep stealing is wrong because firstly it makes no sense the sheep are not ours or belong to a church but to Christ.
Many pastors think they congregation is their sheep but they are wrong..they belong to Christ. It is these pastors who have stolen the sheep from Christ if they think the sheep belong to them.
Many Christians who you say we 'steal' are actually not happy with their church and we offer something better. Some have attended church for many years but do not know the gospel or the bible. This is a poor reflection on these churches not us who try to help them.
