If you go to any of the large conferences or trainings, the attendance will be 60%/70%/80% Asian. Look at the FTTA today; those are the group's young diehards--it is probably 80%-90% Asian. Really. So, whether one wants to acknowledge it or not, these numbers constitute drastic shift in the make-up of the LC, and must be indicative of something.

And, for the record, I make these observations as an Asian-American myself; just in case that makes it more appropriate.
I am not sure what 80 or 90 or even 100% Asian is indicative of in this instance? Are you saying if the number of Caucasians does not increase then the church is not growing?
