That is severe, but what choice do they really have when their church of oneness is based on a man and his ministry. If it was Christ centered, they could be more forgiving, and accept all as Christ intends, but by definition, the LSM ministry is private and exclusive.
A quarantined saint asking to be accepted again by this ministry is a little like asking for the impossible.
