This disease is systemic.
Just this year I was in my own home with a group of ex-LC family members. (
We have all been out for years.) After breaking bread and fellowshiping in the word, the oldest one, a long-time former elder, out of the blue asks all the others one-by-one, "
do you think Ohio should do such-n-such?" How about you, "
do you think Ohio should do such-n-such?" And how about you, "
do you think Ohio should do such-n-such?"
Yet ... they can go on for hours about each one of us following the Lord in our spirit.
