The DCP could extend Nigel the courtesy of responding to his writings. They did while the quarantines were occurring, then they stopped. Maybe they don't feel it's worth the effort now. But I take their silence as an admission of guilt. It doesn't seem DCP does anything these days.
I would hate to be someone in the LC donating money to them.
