Dave, this is in reference to the biannual Summer and Winter Trainings. They used to have them on Ball Rd, then moved to the new campus on La Palma Ave around 1999 (?).

The fee/donation had been $100 for the live training, and 50 for the video, then went up to $150 live/75 video around the early 2000's. And thanks to Freedom, we now know that it's gone up again, since then.

I asked some brothers about the cost, way back when it first went up to 150. I thought it made sense for the first couple trainings after moving to the La Palma facility, because there was a lot of work on the main building to get it ready. But after that, why such a need?

I was told that there were construction costs for each and every training. Why? Because they had to move the walls around!

No joke! __________________ And for this cause, the Good Shepherd left the 99 pieces of crappy building material, and went out to recover the one remnant piece of good building material. For the Lord will build His church, and He will build it with the good building material, not the crappy kind.
