I grew up in a sad family. I was saved through the gospel of a college classmate, moved into a brother's house, and attended the FTTT. In early 2000, I decided to leave it all behind. Lost Soul--It's been a couple weeks since you posted this. Are you still "all alone with no friends to turn to"? It's pretty hard for most of us to get on in life without the support of friends or family. Can you identify any people in your life who you can trust and talk to. I don't know if I could have made the transition out of the local church without a support system on the outside. I'm pretty sure that others here have had similar experiences. Hopefully you can find people that you can trust to become your new support system now that you have left the LC.
