In relation to this sister the above is just hypothetical abstraction that didn't and isn't working out as expected in your post. For her, loving God with all her heart did not fill her with agape love for her family. Instead, it worked out that she became judging of her family, for not living up to her Godly expectations of righteousness.
And it's not that she was closed to God's agape love. Quite the opposite. She seeks it like few Christians that I've known. It just didn't work out as you paint it with Bible verses.
