Nigel's writings is like a dam beginning to breach. Our brothers at DCP begain responding to Nigel's writing initially, More they respond, more it may make brothers and sisters wanting to know what does brother Nigel have to say. As much research and sources Nigel uses, how can DCP utilize resources to respond?
