True. True.
There were/are a lot of pretentious parrots. Some people were genuinely walking, seeking the TRUTH. Others perhaps wanted to get to know Christ but thought by imitating those who looked like "good" brothers and "sisters" they would get close to God.
Others desperately wanted to be accepted by the group and thus emulated and parroted them.
