Since SoCal was not always "one with the ministry," Texas was deemed a better site. The property was obtained cheaply due to DFW airport expansion. The former owner used the sale as a charitable write-off on his taxes.

I was curious, because when the building on Ball Road in Anaheim was being built, I was of grade school age. At that time my impression was the building was going to be for the Church in Anaheim replacing the East Anaheim location. Only years later did I learn Living Stream was deeded 75% of the property while the Church in Anaheim had 25%.
As an adult I wonder how do the brothers who labored on the building projects feel now? In Anaheim and in Irving?
