At such junctures crucial decisions are made which determine whether the Lord’s move remains a vibrant force or is institutionalized.
But this is a very odd, and telling, statement. If the "recovery" is God's move, it can neither cease being a vibrant force nor become institutionalized. And if it has, it wasn't God's move.

Moral: Stop referring to and thinking of the "recovery" as God's move. Surely God was moving in it, but to characterize it as God's move leads to nonsensical statements like Tome's above; and worse, diminishes all the other work God was and is doing outside of the "recovery."

Perhaps Tomes however was being a little tongue-in-cheek, implying by example that the "recovery" could never have been synonymous with "God's move." But given the hesitancy of LRC people to employ humor when writing about spiritual things, that's not likely the case.
