Sons to Glory, I liked that book too. True, the thoughts expressed in the book no longer embodies LC practices.
The word "vision" in the local churches seems to have different meanings depending on the audience. When I think about "vision" relating to Lee's ministry, this book is what the church life should have been. Keep in mind, when it was initially published. That should tell you everything. The edition I had was published by The Stream Publishers and not Living Stream Ministry.
In the 21st century, any critique of the local churches using "The Specialty, Generality & Practicality of the Church Life", the reaction one might expect to receive is "you're using the ministry to attack the ministry". I'm not trying to be negative, but realistic.
