After John's passing in 2016, condemning words against John in print and verbally started coming out of the woodwork. Coincidental? No, it was measured.
My opinion, I think they had a paranoia that John would do what they would do, threatening lawsuits or initiating lawsuits.*Or and they did.
Westminster Church Assembly wanted to use the Hymnal the Recovery movement uses, WCA asked for permission, and were responded with a threat of a lawsuit.
In my own experience trying to find Fermentation of the Present Rebellion, it was not on the list of ministry books that could be ordered.
Was there a paranoia of legal action. Or maybe there's the belief the book was was not factual and should be removed from circulation?
John Ingalls was an elder in Anaheim, an honest, upright, holy man of God whose very existence exposed the delusional liars in Anaheim at LSM. That evil book Fermentation of the Present Rebellion had not one iota of truth regarding the facts surrounding Anaheim, Philip Lee, and the LSM Office back in the late 80's.

After I read John's record of events Speaking the Truth in Love back in 2005, I lost all respect for those leaders both at LSM and in Cleveland for hiding the truth from us.
