Well, to begin with Terry, you can thank Sam Ingalls for loaning his only copy of his Dad's book to me for a couple of years. Then in 2023 somebody put up a pristine copy for sale on Amazon and I snagged it - then I was able to return Sam's copy to him. There is still a lot of remaining work to be done on the project - to proofread all the original appendices and then to create for them a voice narrative.

BTW: Appendix I which you quoted from above was never in the original book. After Don Hardy first sent me that Hong Kong Declaration in printed booklet form, I knew it deserved to be included in John's electronic version. I think my whole emphasis behind the project has been to try and resurrect the good reputation of those former leaders. In my thinking, the LSM tyrants still in charge, need to pay dearly (for eternity if necessary) for all the lies they have poured out upon those faithful whistle-blowers.
