Jesus actually talks about false believers in Matthew 24:51 when referring to the disobedient servant: "He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites, where there will be
weeping and gnashing of teeth."
The same language "weeping and gnashing of teeth" is used in the parable of the wheat and tares to refer to seed of Satan who becomes the tares in Matthew 13:41-42 "The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will gather out of his kingdom
all causes of sin and all law-breakers, and throw them into the fiery furnace. In that place there will be
weeping and gnashing of teeth"
Someone who professes to be a believer but practices sin like an unbeliever is a false Christian. Paul also talks about this in verses like Titus 1:15-16 "To the pure, all things are pure, but to the
defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure; but both their minds and their consciences are defiled.
They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny him. They are detestable, disobedient and unfit for doing anything good." Here Paul says someone who "claims to know God" is actually "unbelieving" if they "deny him by their actions".
Paul is just echoing Jesus when he said "you will know them by their fruit" (Matt 7:15-20)
