Forum members and friends,
There was, at one time, a very lengthy and contentious thread titled with the same name as the book in question. Unfortunately the thread got blown up by some real nasty and overly contentious dialog, and I had to shut the thread down, and eventually remove it from the open forum. I do have the thread archived but do not have the time or energy to do the necessary editing that would be required to bring it back online.

There are quite a number of places on the internet to get substantial quotes from the book, and any forum member is more then welcome to start up a new thread, and I will let it stand so long as it does not get overly contentious and dominated by Nee sycophants and trolls.
