One thing about the current state of American politics is it reminds me so much of the Local Churches I left behind.

True. It's easy to say long ago disproven, when those who could prove it have either left, passed on, or take the path to "give mercy to the brothers" than to prove them at LSM to be in error.

I'm all for immigration. That's how my wife and nieces were able to come here. Not only them but friends and co-workers.

Control is relative. Meeting content definitely. Say I met with a local church and suggested we drop the ministry for sake of gaining new ones. That's not going to happen.
