Re: Shepherding Words "From The Co-Workers In The Lord's Recovery"

Some brothers have even acted to the point that it's so palpable they think their culture is superior to mine (I'm Korean) or even the Western's. I guess this is partly because of their modern...

Re: Shepherding Words "From The Co-Workers In The Lord's Recovery"

I agree. Admittedly, no one can prove those incidents back then in Shanghai, but I felt she was telling the truth in her book. Another Korean brother who read the book told me the same.

Re: Sad Funny Ridiculous

The original Chinese word is 代表权威, which literal translation is "delegated authority". I guess the guy who translated Watchman Nee's works mis-translated this Chinese word into "deputy authority",...

Re: Open Letter to Saints in The Local Churches - Andrea McArdle

Thanks, Ohio

1. In western philosophy, Kierkegaard already exposed individuality (individual saint) is superior to Crowd (wrongly conceptualized body of Christ). You can google and find a lot of...

Re: Open Letter to Saints in The Local Churches - Andrea McArdle

In principle this "Body of Christ totalitarianism" is very similar to Fascism, Nazism, and Tenno totalitarianism (in Japan). They thought their nations are superior to others (elitism, eugenics),...

Re: Open Letter to Saints in The Local Churches - Andrea McArdle

Recently, I coined a word "Body of Christ Totalitarianism", which only concerns corporate benefit at the expense of individual saints' basic rights. According to my experience, I believe the more...

Re: Matthew 18 Principle

I agree. the churn rate is the barometer on how they are healthy. My country, South Korea, has gone through a "high" turnover rate.

Re: Awoken after 38 Years

Igzy, your moving clip is so fun. :)

Yes, it's so easy a way to get out of the predicament when they proved wrong.
"Don't care right or wrong. Just enjoy the three of life." The most efficient...

Re: Awoken after 38 Years

I've heard there is complication in Taiwan. In a nutshell, It's not that every leading brother or saint in Taiwan (of course Philippines and other Asian countries) blindly follow WL and LSM, but...

Re: Awoken after 38 Years

Thanks, MrsFreedom for your effort. Regardless of your intention, I believe you are setting up a good example of how to publicly react when a disenchanted saint leaves the vicious system.

The...

Re: Awoken after 38 Years

Thanks, Aron.

This could be a bit off-topic from the MrsFreedom's narrative, but I'd like to float two points in this particular point of time when US-Sino trade war is going.

1. In a nutshell,...

Re: Awoken after 38 Years

I hope you set up a good example of how to reveal the truth surrounding the LCs publicly so that I can follow it in my country.

Re: How to rescue those still in LCs in Korea?

To my best knowledge, David Yonggi Cho didn't claim he is the minister of the age. At least he admitted other "ministries"

Re: How to rescue those still in LCs in Korea?

So sad to hear this story of Midwest... BTW, similar suspicions are prevalent among some "concerned" Korean brothers, most of them have been sidelined already though. One difference is that the...

Re: How to rescue those still in LCs in Korea?

Ohio, You are correct. I donít believe AY is qualified to be an apostle to South Korea. By no means is he related with any foundational work in this country.

He might think that even though he did...

I agree with you, Ohio.

I was writing how it was ridiculously developed in appointing coworkers and elders in Seoul even from the viewpoint of those who accept "only apostle appointing elders...

Re: How to rescue those still in LCs in Korea?

Thanks least. I believe this is high time for our Lord to something for Korean saints in the LCs. From my point of view, they have been so exploited very long time.

Re: How to rescue those still in LCs in Korea?

If Andrew Yu really had wanted to behave like early church era "apostles", he would have exerted all the efforts to contact the "saints" in Seoul and verified who are spiritually mature to the point...

Re: How to rescue those still in LCs in Korea?

Thanks a lot, Aron!

BTW you must be very good at what's happening in my country. Interestingly, I'm an ex-member of the pentecostal church by David Yonggi Cho, that's when I was an elementary...
