Welcome to the forum! Sigh...yeah, that first song encapsulates a lot of things that threw me off-kilter as a young person. I remember hearing in a training that "we are God's dream" and everyone was soooo amazed. Me on the other hand - I felt so destabilized, like nothing was real, like God could blink and we would disappear. Existentially unsteady rather than at peace in God. They go too far in saying "one entity". The Bible does speak of us being in the Father and the Son, and we know the Spirit of God and the Spirit of Jesus Christ dwell in us too, but the Bible never refers to this as "one entity". Again, since this is spiritual stuff, calling it "one entity" made me feel like my existence blurs into the immaterial, and I somehow cease to exist while still existing. So strange. They present God as kind of needy, dependent on us, we are the ones who fulfill Him, etc. when the truth is it's the total opposite. We are the ones dependent on Him who need Him. Trapped |

God has a dream? I’m glad I’m not a part of it! God Has a Dream? And you are a realization of this dream! Wow! I came across this music or hymns associated with Recovery this morning, and I couldn’t but cringe at what kind of a message these lyrics are putting out there for the masses. If anyone wants to see how anti-gospel, man-centered, all about me, and how important you are to fulfill their god’s dreams this movement is, then please listen to these songs carefully and understand why this movement blinded so many people to see nothing and hear nothing, but the false gospel of Lee and Nee, masquerading under the cover of the name of Jesus Christ.
