There were signs of release from a long winter’s spell,
encouraged by the humor and good sense of our Cal
There were signs that things just might not be the same,
With hope that the saints could really be Unchained

T’was the night before Christmas and all through the Forum
God was gaining some ground despite UntoHim’s decorum
For some lame are now healed, some blind have gained sight,
