Hey! Tell everybody what you think of the new layout. Vbulletin Advanced was purchased and it gives your computer-illiterate administrator some nice tools to work with. One major thing as you can see is that I was able to install a "module" where any number of the "last threads" can be displayed on the top of the main page - this gives the forum a look and feel a little closer to something like the Bereans LC Board setup. The number of "last threads" can be changed to about any number we want. (right now it is set to 8)
Also right or left hand (or both) columns can be set to display all sorts of information, such as a calender, statistical info, etc. I thought that this might be a little "busy" for our forum but maybe others have a different view.

I like it, seeing "new" threads on top. And I can easily scroll down to see the index of threads. Let's try it for a while ...

I like this set-up much better, seeing the threads listed at the top and seeing the number of views to the side without confusion.
Thanks for your work and your care.
I liked it better when you had the columns on either side earlier today. But the recent threads box is a good feature.

Can we put the links and calender on the right side? I have to slide that bottom bar back and forth along with the side bar up and down.:(
I think some of you must have 27 in wide screen computer screens.

Ohio, I don't think that is the problem. I think it is more of an issue with the settings on your browser.
:crying: Hey somebody out there can probably throw you a tip on how you can view the HomePage without having to use the horizontal scroll bar.
****** For years now I have used Firefox browser. The Forum just looks better and I do not run into these kinds of problems nearly as much as with Explorer. Also, it seems to run faster.
Here is the place to download Firefox. You can still keep Explorer and run that whenever you want to.

I use firefox already. If I close my bookmarks, I still can't fit the whole thing ...

I have a 24" screen but that makes no difference. Just adjust your settings in display properties and you'll be fine.
1.)Go to your desktop.
2.)Right click and select properties
3.)You have found your display properties! Click on the Settings tab.
4.)Adjust your screen resolution by sliding the bar to the right. Your screen resolution is to low. Before you switch your screen resolution make sure you write down the current resolution numbers so you can reset it if you don't like the result.
Your computer will do it all for you all you have to do is slide the bar a little bit and click apply. Suggestion slide it in little increments and click apply. If you don't like the results you can always start over and undo or slide more to the right.
