Great commandment

34 When the Pharisees heard that Jesus had left the Sadducees speechless, they met together.

35 One of them, a legal expert, tested him.

36 “Teacher, what is the greatest commandment in the Law?”

38 This is the first and greatest commandment.

40 All the Law and the Prophets depend on these two commands.”

Prayer:

Dear God,

Please help me live out Your first and greatest commandment, and the second.
Teach me what it means to love You.
Show me how to love my neighbor as how I love myself.
I confess Lord God, that I may not always have been living it.
Please enable me.
